Can I put this cream on a 5 year old's eye area? And Is this cream used to treat eczema areas? ## My 6 year old daughter is presently experiencing an irritable eye that is running cold. I have terramycin ointment at hand, but it has expired since Nov. 2010. I cannot get to a drug store now. Can I use it ???? ## It isn't advisable to use any medication in or on the eye that hasn't been specially formulated for such use. The eye requires sterile substances, as it is very sensitive and easily susceptible to infection and/or damage.
