Drowsiness can be a common side effect of the medication, along with dizziness, headache and stomach pain and the side effects will usually last for about 4 to 6 weeks, while her body adjusts to the medication, before they begin to taper off. In addition, if she was used to her blood pressure being high, then the very act of lowering it will cause her to feel some drowsiness and fatigue, until her body gets used to it. As per Indian doctor's advise , I am taking 1 tablet of TELDAY 80H daily . Recently , I find that I have run short of supply . Can you please advise what equivalent drug is available here in UAE where I am staying presently.

I was implanted with Dual Chamber Pacemaker, having CAD prescribed with TELDAY 80H, Seloken XL25, Serlift TM, CILACAR 10, Ecosprin AV 150/20; please confirm their SIDE EFFECTS

I'm using Telday 40 for the last 14 days. Some days my BP comes down to 110/70. Other days it is 125-130/90-80. Should I use a lower strength?

I have used telday 80 in the morning, Nicardia XL 30 at night, for the period of one year, but no positive results yet, pls advice me
