My daughter is 15 months old, can I give her Relent syrup for running nose, cough and mild fever. ## My doughter is three years old can i given her relant syrup for running nose & fever ## Cough running nose and fever it is simply viral illness relent syp ortivin p drop and syp crocin is sufficient for this ## My son is 4 years 3 month old he s having cough and cold am giving junior Alex and montair syrup together for two weeks but still he s having cough I want to know that montair syrup is for cough or cold ## No cough, only khuk khuk khashi. When he slept, there was no khashi. No fever. Energy level is high. Only problem is that when he wakes up khashi starts. In low sound. He's 5 years old and I gave him Relant syrup two times a day. Is it OK? 3.5ml syrup.

As I am suffering from cold,running nose,sneezing I took 2 spoons of brandy for 3 days continously in the night times.But my cold has not reduced.So please suggest me some good tablest to reduce cold.Also how many times should I take cetzine tablet in a day and so far there is no relief from cold. ## Colds are generally self-limiting and you don't need to take anything for them. If it lasts more than a few days, it may be allergies or a sinus infection, and you should check with your health care provider. ## Puzzled is correct. I'm also not sure what you thought Brandy was going to do. A cold is caused by a virus and there are some products that can be used to help alleviate the symptoms, but that's about as good as it gets. Have you consulted your doctor?

My daughter 7 yrs old is running temperature for the last 4 days. She has sore throth, heavy head, blocked nose, slight pain in the ear. Dr Has prescribed Zifi 100DT, 1/2 tablet two times a day, coldguard, 1 tsp 4X day, sinarest 1/2 tablet, 2X day. medicine has been taken for last two days, still fever is not coming down. Have you ever tried Allegra/Fexofenadine? It's very similar and also available over the counter. However, only your doctor can say wether or not it is safe for you. Side effects may include dizziness, drowsiness and dry mouth. ## Ask your doctor about Singulair, it is a prescription/nondrowsy allergy medication. Since your allergic response "cells" are most productive in the early morning hours, like midnight through 3 am,, it is best to take Singulair at 8 pm so the drug peaks at that time. I had taken losartan50/hctz 12.5 for 10 years, In recently years I suffered dry coughing and bad running nose allergy. I found out this is the side effect of losartan. Cutting the dose to half, changing to a water pill.. did not solve the problem. Over this holiday I developed bronchitis and was quite ill. I had very bad coughing, losing voice, sinus infection, nose bleeding, etc. I stopped taking Losartan to avoid further complications. Can the two medications Montair and Risnia be taken together? After taking Risnia I noticed side effects of a running nose and cold. My doctor suggested I take Montair, but I'm not sure if Risnia can be continued or if it should be stopped while taking the other medication? If Risnia has been taken for only 3 months will it still have some positive effects? Or will discontinuing it have any adverse effects after 3 months of continual use of 2 mg each day?

I have chest congestion and want to know which medication would work best for me. Promethazine vc syrup or mucinex ## Use Mucinex, don't use promethiazine it's not very safe with any continued use. It wouldn't help your congestion anyway, it's mainly for extreme nausea. ## (A second opinion): I would also recommend Mucinex for the same reason that Steve suggested. Also, you may want to consider cutting out any dairy products from your diet as they are mucous forming and can work against Mucinex in terms of clearing the congestion sooner rather than later. In 2003, I was given Neurotin to use for a period of six months. Shortly after starting taking the drug, I developed a cold/flu symptom. I had a terrible running nose and the nose was always blocked. I was breathing through the mouth. Now, even after completing the dose over the six months period, the cold/flu is still persisting. It is almost four years now. My nose is always running, sometimes I finished a roll of tissue paper in a day. The nose is always stuffy and blocked, forcing to breath through the mouth. I also devloped constipation symptom. I persistently pass gas through the mouth, an average of once every one and half minutes.
