For that reason alone I can't provide you with a picture of a white oval pill and even remotely suggest that it could be tramadol. Secondly, if your tramadol pill and prescription bottle are not properly labeled, then that tells me they are counterfeit (and could literally contain anything from A to Z). I work for Actavis the company that manufactures these and with 100% certainty the yellow R039 are not time release, instant release only. Hope this helps ## According to the U.S. National Library of Medicine, these yellow R039 by Actavis are in fact generic 2mg Alprazolam (IR) tablets. For verification, the National Drug Code is 00228-2039; and if you follow the NDC link there's also an image of the said tablet. Just for the record, 2mg Alprazolam ER tablets reportedly carry a National Drug Code of 0603-2133. I got a prescription from a mom & pop pharmacy that I always get from but they always give me different pills each time. This time they gave me something and I looked it up on the internet but I cant find it anywhere. There closed all weekend and I'm allergic to a lot of medicines.
