what is main action of rutoheal d tablet? In which conditions it can be use? ## Hello, Based on my research, the medication Rotoheal contains a mixture of Enzymes (Rutoside, Bromelain and Trypsin) that are believed to help with inflammation. The combination of Trypsin, Bromelain, and Rutin can also be used in the treatment of Osteoarthritis. Trypsin is an enzyme; which is a protein that speeds up a specific biochemical reaction. Trypsin is found in the small intestine but can also be made from fungus, plants, and bacteria. Trypsin is commonly made for commercial purposes from the pancreas of livestock. T Bromelain is an extract derived from the stems of pineapples, although it exists in all parts of the fresh plant and fruit, which has many uses. The extract has a history of folk and mod...

I had both rotor cuffs removed 4 yrs ago been on 750 Vicodin would like to get off of them, will Ultram help? ## I really don't think that Ultram will help. The reason for this is because it contains the active ingredient Tramadol. While Tramadol is listed as just a centrally active analgesic, this has changed several times and been under severe debate. When it was being investigate, the developers were trying to create a medication that would work like a narcotic, but not have the side effects and the addictive nature, however, what they achieved was actually the opposite. It is nowhere near as effective as narcotic, yet can still cause the same side effects, such as nausea, drowsiness, dizziness and constipation, plus it still has the propensity to cause abuse and addiction. There...

I DONT WANT TO START TAKING A LOT OF DRUGS AT THIS LATE DATE, AS IN GENERAL I AM IN REALY GOOD HEALTH AND HAVE NOT HAD TO TAKE ANY "YET" I HAVE HEARD ABOUT USING INJECTABLE STEROIDS IN THE PAIN SITE AS WELL AS A DRUG CALLED SKELACTIN, HOWEVER NOT KNOWING A LOT ABOUT THEM, I AM NOT SURE WHICH WOULD DO THE MOST LONG TERM GOOD, CAN YOU HELP ME, AND TELL ME WHICH WOULD BE THE BETTER OF THE 2? ## Have you consulted a doctor? In most countries, either one of them is going to require a doctor's prescription to use. Skelaxin, which contains the active ingredient M...
My daughter had surgery on her shoulder 6/24/16 rotor cup/2 torn ligaments. She threw up the first dose. Should she take another dose or wait until the next 4 hrs.? ## Hello, Shirley! How are you? It is a very potent narcotic, so unless her doctor instructs otherwise, she should wait until her next dosing time. Taking it with food, or milk may help prevent the nausea. Other side effects, as listed by the FDA, may include dizziness, drowsiness, headache and constipation. This medication also carries the risk of being habit forming. Is there anything else I can help with? ## I recently found out my husband has been getting these pills from his loser brother, because he just had shoulder surgery, plus has arthritis in his feet; he's always been in pain, I'm sure this is why he'...

It is normal for your body to get used to dosage of any medication, when you have been taking it for a long time and for it not to work as well, anymore. In addition, the Acetaminophen can have a detrimental effect on the liver, so it could also be a good idea for you to be switched to some...
I am on day 5 of 7 of amox tr-k clv 875-125 mg tabs for a uti. After day 2 I am acting as if I am on steroids. Rotor tilled and planted two gardens, planted 4-flats of flowers, 6-rosebushes cut lots of grass. Was not even achy or had sore muscles. Stayed up half the nite camping out. Can't sleep at nite, talk non stop and not very hungry. This was all days 2-5. If it wasn't for the no sleep I'm getting a heck of a lot done. Steroids? ## Hi Cheryl, I find it odd that Amoxicillin is effecting you in that way, when it's potential side effects are actually quite the opposite: excessive tiredness lack of energy Ref: nlm.nih.gov/medlineplus/druginfo/meds/a685001.html#side-effects At least it's safe to say that the medication is having much more of a positive effect on you ...

Steroids? ## No, it shouldn't cause that, but it's difficult to guess how any medication may affect anyone that takes it. This is a generic for Augmentin, it's Amoxicillin with Clavulanic Acid and it usually causes the opposite problem in most people that take it, the normal side effects are nausea, dizziness, drowsiness and diarrhea, so not t...
What are the chemical make ups of Norco's vs the chemical make up of Tramadol. I know that Norco has Hydrocodone and Tylenol but do not know what the make up of Tramadol is ## Hello, Rotom! How are you? Tramadol is the active ingredient, that's the name of the drug itself. The FDA classifies both of these medications as being narcotic analgesics, which means they carry the risk of being habit forming and may cause side effects, such as nausea, dizziness, headache, dry mouth and constipation. Is there anything else I can help with? ## Yes. With the new laws my health care provider is giving me a drug panel to make sure I am only taking the Norco as prescribed and nothing else. I was concerned because I had recently taken some Tramadol that I had from a while back and thought it m...
