I have been given FOL xt , ecosprin 75 and mosiba tablets duringy 7th week of pregnancy. Pls suggest as how they r helpful. Is it for heart trouble? Is it for Angina? I am using it since one year. Is it O.K to use it daily? ## Did you possibly mean Ranozex? It contains the active ingredient Ranolazine, it is most commonly used to treat angina, but it may also be used to treat other cardiac conditions. The FDA lists its typical side effects as possibly including dizziness, headache, nausea, easy bruising, and hypotension. As to using it daily, it is always best to follow your doctor's instructions. My dad 67 yrs is suffering from Ankylosing Arthritis and severe Dactylitis. He is being given Remicade (Anti TNF) from last 3 months and is effective. However, his fingers are painting a little and the pain is moving from one finger to another. Doctor stopped his Folitrax and Folvit and started Saaz with increasing dose for next 2 months. Does this have any major side effects? ## Is Saaz good for people of over 65yrs? I mean older people with an ailment?

Is this a vitamin or a medication for pain?? ## The trade of this product is actually "Nuran BC Forte". It contains the following active ingredients: Cyproheptadine Hydrochloride Vitamin B Vitamin C (Ascorbic Acid) Cyproheptadine relieves red, irritated, itchy, watery eyes; sneezing; and runny nose caused by allergies, irritants in the air, and hay fever. That said, I'm not exactly sure as to why these specific vitamins are being combined with an allergy medication, but none-the-less it appears to work synergistically. From what I could gather, Folnew softgels reportedly contain folic acid as the primary ingredient; which they market for use in treating folate-deficiency anemia. If so, I haven't read any reports deeming it unsafe to use. Maybe there is some sort of "inactive" ingredient that is causing problems?
