Does sunolut pills prevent pregnancy?I did consume due to doc's prescription for my irregular menses.I want to query also is it possible to get pregnant although consuming it regularly??? ## Sunolut is an oral contraceptive tablet, so it is used to prevent pregnancy, but to be effective at doing so, you do have it to take it every day, at the same time of the day, without missing any doses. If you start it on the first day of your menstrual cycle, it is immediately effective against pregnancy, however, if you start it at any other time, it must be taken for at least 7 days, before it is effective. doc precribed me sunolut 10mg 2times a day. i just took for a day. i have severe stomach burning and nausea. i cant tolerate this nausea, bloating kind and burning of stomach. he prescribed me for irregular menstrual cycle. I didnt know it works as a contraceptive pill as well. i think it has side effects as well. Pregnancy is a must more important factor for me in future. so i hestitate to take this now after knowing its a contraceptive pill. can u pls advise me on this. am always a person who like to go natural way. for irregular menstrual cycle is there any natural way to treat instead of this sunolut. its real scary to findout it can also be used as a contraceptive pill. thanks. i have not been under any medication so far all my life. pls advice me on this. ## Sunolut contains the h...

My doctor prescribed me sunolut 5mg (2 tablets every morning for 10days) for my period to come. Does it prevent me from getting pregnant like a contraceptive? I am not planning on getting pregnant anytime soon… I have mercilon birth control pills as well. Can i consume both together? (mercilon pills are to be taken daily as well every month).

After i took the sunolut finish, i got my menses but my menses was not the usual flow (on day 12). q1: Y my menses come early on day 12, it this normal after take the sunolut? Hi.sorry for my bad english, I'm asian..i'm 32.I have irregular period..my doctor advices me to take sunolut for 3 months. (My husband and i are trying to have a baby )this is my first month without medication. But my period is late for 2days..last period was on oct 20.n I got negative on hpt.. anyone has the same situation as mine that got positive and pregnant? ## Hello, Amy! How are you? Did you have a period, yet? It can be normal for them to be a bit irregular, after taking this medication. The U.S. FDA lists that you may also experience nausea, dizziness, headache and PMS-like symptoms, as side effects. Can anyone else that's taken this medication chime in with their experience?

I took sunolut after 28 days of my last period... I'm now having irregular periods... Is that because I'm pregnant or because I took the pill too early?

I'm using Mercilon now to delay period and turned up not suitable for me- constantly bleeding. Can I switch my intake to Sunolut for the same objective? If yes, can I change immediately or within a certain time frame?
