off white/cream colored oblong pill with the capital letter c within a square ## Hi alexis, Could there possibly be another marking on the other side of the pill? Perhaps the numbers "215"? I did locate a match to your description, but with the numbers "215" on the backside of the pill. If this sounds like it could still be a match, then I've identified your pill to be Nuvigil (150 mg). Nuvigil (Armodafinil) is approved by the FDA for the treatment of narcolepsy and shift work sleep disorder, and as an adjunctive treatment for obstructive sleep apnea. This is Methadone (they call these particular ones Coffins). It is coffin shaped with an M in a square on one side and the other side is scored with 5771. Methadone is generally prescribed for opioid withdrawal symptoms, but this particular coffin Methadone pill is actually prescribed for pain management. All in all, it is an opioid similar to Morphine, Dolophine, etc. ## I'm sorry, is the word you are trying to use here coffin? I found these pills they are small whte pills. On one side there are three squares, and on the other side there is a p-o. meaning a P on the top and a score across and an O on the bottom part. I am just wondering what they are ## Hi Heather, A pill with this sort of imprint can be a tricky one to identify since you're also trying to describe a logo or symbol with three squares. And because keyboards don't have characters for markings like this, typing the words in a search box isn't always going to yield the most accurate results. So in light of not finding any matching details, I came up with a couple other questions of my own that may help narrow down any further attempts to identify what it may be: What shape is the pill in question? (i.e. round, oval, oblong, square, etc...

white oblong 377 imprint on one side ## The pill described as white, oval, with 377 stamped on one side is a generic form of Ultram. Tramadol HCL 50 Mg. My pharmacist substituted it for the usual round, white, pill marked with AN 627 on it, and didn't change the pill description on the bottle. Pharmacists in Nevada must be crazy or something. ## Ya. I have seen a few different kind of Ultram and every pharmacy is different. I know that they are all the same but you know how your mind plays tricks on you and I swear nothing works as well as the round white ones AN 627. If I cant get those, I will take my script elsewhere!!! ## Hey DAVO...... stay away from the square ones, those are by far the worst. Tylenol works better than that!!!

We are on vacation and I fell and broke my foot. I was prescribed hydrocodone and had it filled at a Mexican pharmacy. But the marking on the actual tablet is odd to me and neither I nor my husband can find info about it anywhere. Can anyone tell me if this is the actual medication? They are white oblong, scored, and have like a FL or like a half square doubled over print, it’s more like a symbol. Just leery after things you hear. Just have 5 more days till home. Any input would be appreciated. The resort said it was a reputable pharmacy. But still…

white, oblong ## Hi, i found a bottle of one thousand pills. They are oval with one end squared off. Pink on one side that says magnum and white with blue flecks on the other that has 357 imprinted. the bottle says caffeine 325 mg and ephedrine sulphate 25 mg. what are these pills used for? ## In reference to ephedrine and caffeine mixture tablets, I remember they were used for people who had trouble breathing due to allergies or asthma. It cleared up the post nasal drip that made one feel like one was drowning. The pharmacist would tell us to drink plenty of water when on this pill. Back in the 1960's and 1770's there was no need for a physicians prescription.

Large white oblong tablet with M in a square, on the other side is 1721 ## what is this pill with the m in a square and 1721 on the other side? I found one in my sons room and am trying to find out what it is. ## a white oblong pill with an M in a square and the numbers 1721 on the other side is a generic Darvocet or Darvon ## That is correct and I just want to add some updated information to this post. Darvocet is no longer available on the U.S. drug market and in most other countries, due to the fact that Propoxyphene and its relatives were found to cause dangerous cardiac risks and there were an inordinate number of overdose fatalities. You can learn more Darvocet details here. Are there any questions or comments?
