Spotting Susten

I'm 10 weeks and 6 days pregnant. Last week I had a bleed with a clot size of a grape, went to the hospital, was treated and given BV medicine. I did a scan and the child heartbeat could be seen. 2 days later had the same bleeding, went to the gynecologist who prescribed me susten 200 and told me it's a threatening miscarriage. I have been taking them but sometimes I get spotting and sometimes I don't. Can susten 200 cause spotting?

I am on cd30 , doc suggested me to take susten 200 from cd 18 for 15 days, I saw a slight spotting on day 29 and 30. Exactly when my period is due. I have 30 days cycle. But I have heard that periods won't start while taking susten. So does this spotting mean implantation bleeding ?? Or it's jus Af( periods)?? I am so confused ..please help

I am 26 years married for 1 year. I have polycystic ovaries.Now I am pregnant for 6 weeks. I have 15 weeks pregnancy. This is my first pregnancy. Till now 4 times I have faced spotting problem. Every time my doctor suggested me to take system injection for5 continuous days. I'm trying for pregnancy, missed my periods by 5 days it's not unusual as I have PCOD my periods are often irregular but to just not to take chance my doc advised me Susten200 for 5 days twice a day. I am feeling real drowsy like can't keep my eyes open. It's like I'm floating somewhere an don't have much control. Is that normal??? Doctor asked to take susten sr 300 at bedtime. Having pregnancy of 6 weeks with no heartbeat of the foetus.. n little spotting, is it risky to take the medicine in the morning after having breakfast? Other three medicines are being taken at bedtime..

I'm taking susten 200 mg 2per day, after my ovulation for 16 days. i have regular cycle and My cycle is for 28 days every month, my due date was 25th oct. it got delayed for 3days and on 3rd day i got spotting for2 days. when i did preg test it was negative.
