i am a post operative patient of cholecystitis/cholecystetctomy, i badly need spasmo canulase tabs as prescribed by my surgeon dr simbulan, i cannot find the spasmo canulase nationwide in most of pharmacies we and my relatives help for search. no substitute for the med because it is believed to be the most effective for my case.hope u can help me ...thanks. ## Yes it an extremely effective product for the symptoms you describe,. I live in Cape Town and the product is manufactured by Novartis in South Africa. It can be purchased over the counter at most pharmacies. ## You have to buy it in Mexico or Central America where it is sold over the counter.
