Soft Cold

Found this in my drive way, the ground was wet, not 100% sure of the last 2 letters on the pill: co or cc. The soft gel pill was emptied of its contents, what was left behind looked like sugar particles. There was no smell to the pill. ## Hello, Summer! How are you? I believe that markings are supposed to be ASP CC and it is Alka Seltzer Plus Cough & Cold liquid gel. They contain Acetaminophen, Chlorpheniramine, Dextromethorphan and Phenylephrine to treat cold symptoms. Side effects may include nausea, dizziness, drowsiness and headache. Recently I had a serious migraine and head cold with irritation in my chest. I took an otc cold and sinus medicine and not even a day later I started blowing my nose, but the problem was not only mucus coming out. I noticed that I was having bad nose bleeding and soft tissue was coming out. Please someone tell me what you think this was? I told my doctor and he said since I didn't keep it he wouldn't be able to tell me. This is now happening frequently and I'm not sure what to make of this. On Xarelto since October. 2015. Calves feel firm but soft to touch.feet sometimes feel cold but warm to touch. Weight gain since October. ## Hello, Zoe! How are you? That can happen with medications that cause blood thinning and/or prevent clotting, due to the affect they have on your circulation. The FDA lists the other typical side effects as possibly including nausea, dizziness, headache, increased risk of bleeding and easy bruising. Is there anything else I can help with?

I found oval yellow pills in my sons room and need help finding out what they are. They're labeled PA 46 on the pills, that's all I have to go on. Round red pill with beveled edge. Imprint, 'S44', is faded, but looks to have been originally white in color (kind of like the imprint on m&m's, i think ???) . Is Naldegesic still available or has it been discontinued? ## I was unable to find out about the availability of that specific brand called Naldegesic, as from what I can tell it is manufactured outside of the US. I did find out though that this medication contains a combination of Acetaminophen + Pseudoephedrine as its primary ingredients.
