Yellow round pill ## med size round light yellow pill with W89 on one side and Wilshire on the other side ## From what I have been able to gather this appears to be a product manufactured by Wilshire Labs (Pvt) Limited in Pakistan. I am not 100% sure what the active ingredients are, but there is a good chance that they contain Acetaminophen 500 mg + Codeine 30 mg (generic for Tylenol No 3). Hope this helps!
