Small Round White Pill M On One Side S4 The Other

I have these white circular pills which are blank on the one side and on the other it has a line splitting it in half with a S on the one half and a 4 on the other half. I was told this was a form of morphine for pain but I am not having any luck finding it on the internet. ## The pill you have is Morphine (15 mg). Round red pill with beveled edge. Imprint, 'S44', is faded, but looks to have been originally white in color (kind of like the imprint on m&m's, i think ???) . I have these small, tiny white rounded pills with one side imprinted which S4 or maybe 54 and the other side is blank with just a ridge to break up the pill. I was told they were D amphetamine salt combo maybe 30mg. I just havent able to find anything with that specific imprint online ## Do you know if they are from the U.S. or somewhere else?
