What is this pill please? Found in a drawer; very concerned. ## A blue oblong tablet with imprint G651 is reported to be a generic Tylenol PM, containing Acetaminophen 500 mg and Diphenhydramine 25 mg. (NDC 55315-990 among others). It is an over the counter pain reliever / sleep aid combo. found a small dark blue oblong pill, it is scored and i can read 07 on one side and the other side of the scored part is either an A or an M. The other side has nothing on it. The FDA warns that this medication carries the risk of being habit forming, and may cause side effects, such as nausea, dizziness, dry mouth, constipation, and headache. Michelle, was the marking possibly WATSON 780? If so, it contains 1mg of Sucaralfate, which is used to help treat GI tract issues. This means it is either very new to the market or not a U.S. prescription medication. However, it could be any one of a number of over the counter items or even possibly a foreign medication. oblong white on bottom, light blueish/green on top with scores, no imprint ## Sounds like Xanax but I'm not certain. If it is Xanax, I am not sure what milligram/strength it is either. I definitely wouldn't take it without knowing what it is for sure, and if you found it somewhere I would definitely just dispose of it by giving it to your local pharmacy.

One of the Levothroid tablets I'm thinking of is a white oblong/capsule shaped pill with T | 4 on one side (split by score line) and the number 50 on the other. It's about 10mm in size and appears to be available in different colors depending on the dosage. very small /scored on one side (found in bottle for glybiuride 5 MG) ## It is also a 5mg Glyburide tablet, it is likely that the pharmacy may have been short a pill when they filled the prescription, so one from a different manufacturer was used to provide you with the full amount of tablets.
