I recently tried to purchase sine-aid at CVS. They could not locate in their catalog let alone sell it. They used to sell it but you had to ask the druggist. ## It does not appear to be available in the U.S., any longer. I am not sure if it is temporary or permanently discontinued. Sine Aid contains Pseudoephedrine and Acetaminophen, the first ingredient probably explains why it is no longer available. Since these products have been moved behind the counter, to prevent abuse, many of them have lost sales and stopped making their products. However, you could ask at the pharmacy for what else they have available that has the same ingredients.
