I'm 20 years old and my periods are not coming on time. As my doctor has adviced me to take Thyrox 50 I could not keep up to taking it on a regular basis. As of now I have taken it for 80 days. I take 100mg throxine one day then 150mg the next. I have had terrible headaches for the past 3 months. I wake up with headaches everyday. sometimes finding it hard to even lift my head up. i have pulmonary embolism for the last 18 months and have been taking warfarin 10mg sometime 12 mg depending on the INR value at 6pm everyday. Am being suffering from Hypothyroid and consuming T-25 tablet for the past 2 months but i don't find any changes personally added i found some strange feeling in my neck ## Not everyone experiences side effects from any given medication, some people don't experience any, at all, so that doesn't necessarily mean that there is a problem. Levothyroxine can cause weight changes and hair loss, which usually upsets some people that have to take it, so if you aren't having this problems, that is very fortunate. Has your doctor done blood tests to check your levels? Have they improved?
