100+ Topics FoundWhere can I fill my Florida prescription of 30mg oxycodone in Boston MA? ## I am sorry to say it, but I don't think you're in for an easy task. Due to the difficulties that may be involved with conforming the legitimacy of the prescription and tracking it, most pharmacies will not fill out of state prescriptions. In many areas, they won't even fill them from outside of the county, or immediate area. Learn more Oxycodone details here. Does anyone have any suggestions to make? ## I'm trying to think of more ideas to help you. Is it possible for you to see a local doctor there? Another alternative would be to go to a local ER, where they have to help you if you are in pain/withdrawals. They might at least give you enough of a prescription to get you through until you get ho...
Hi, I'm new to this and am having the same problem. I live in SWFL in port Charlotte. I have severe chronic lower back pain and neck pain. Ive been seeing the same pain mgt Dr for 2 yrs. I got my prescription last week, and drove 200 miles, and can't fill the roxycodone 30's 150. Ive gone to Walgreens for about a year, with no problems. I went there last wk amd pharmacist told me we don't have them, and even if we did, I'm not comfortable filling the script. Ive tried all the mom amd pop pharmacies, and was told they're not taking new patients. So what am I supposed to do? Like a dummy, I also had a script for flexeril amd lyrica. I sent out the lyrica by mail to be filled. I let Walgreens fill the fexeril. She asked me are you sure you want to separate these? I ...

Is this exstended release? I can't figure it out it doesn't seem like it lasts me 12 hours but I don't know if I can take anything else because I'm not sure if they are extended release or not ## This tablet is manufactured by Caraco Pharmaceuticals and they list it as containing 20mgs of Oxycodone in a regular release formulation. Generally, they last 4 to 6 hours, but you should follow your doctor's dosing instructions. The FDA classifies this medication as a narcotic analgesic, so it has the potential to be habit forming and may cause side effects, such as nausea, dizziness, drowsiness, dry mouth and constipation. Is there anything else I can help with?

How are you? Percocet contains both Acetaminophen and Oxycodone… and yes, there is a dosage with 7.5mgs of the Oxycodone in it. This is a narcotic analgesic, so it has the potential to be habit forming and may cause side effects, such as nausea, dizziness, drowsiness, dry mouth and constipation. Learn more Percocet details here. Is there anything else I can help with?
My Pharmacy just gave me the blue pill with the U23 on it and so far it seems to be working the same if not somewhat better than the smaller blue pills that I had prior. Seems lately that whatever type of Oxycodone I take is having an adverse effect on me and making me very tired after a few hours. I never had that problem before. ## I believe the U23 are manufactured by Aurobindo. I've had that manufacturer in percocet form and it wasn't the worst. It's acceptable and works for the pain but has more side effects than it should. It seems like all of the generics as of late are really lacking in efficacy. I recently got some Qualitest 10/325 percocet from CVS (had to ask for them otherwise they would have given me Rhodes). Qualitest got bought out by Endo who then got bought ...
I'm finding it very difficult to find a doctor who is willing to prescribe 30mg oxymoron even though it works better for me than anything else and I've been taking it since July 2000. Who can I see and I'm on Medicare. Will I be able to use my insurance? ## Hi Don - wondering if you even caught the Freudian slip when you referred to Oxycodone as "oxyMORON". No doctor will prescribe this medication lightly; it's highly addictive and subject to stringent controls under Federal Law. I would suggest going back to the doctor you got your original Rx from, since you've been allegedly on it for 10 years. Medicare Part D insurance will cover it - provided, of course, that you're not getting it on the street.
I need to know if oxycodone (manufacturer QLT) is gluten and soy free. ## Hi Bella, According to nih.gov, oxycodone made by QLT Pharmaceuticals has been reported to contain the following set of inactive ingredients: lactose monohydrate magnesium stearate microcrystalline cellulose povidone sodium starch glycolate stearic acid NOTE: the 15 and 30mg tablets also have yellow and/or blue dye. Most of those ingredients seem fine in terms of not being associated with gluten or soy. However an article by medicine.virginia.edu states that "sodium starch glycolate" is a type of starch that's usually obtained from a potato, BUT drug companies may take it from any starch source (including those with gluten) - so you may have to speak with the manufacturer directly in order to find out ...
Which oxycodone is the strongest, that relieves the pain. I was just prescribed the U 17? ## I BEEN TAKING OXYCODONES 10/325 4 TIMES A DAY AND THERES TIMES I HAVE TO TAKE TWO. PLUS I TAKE 15 MGS MORPHINE ONE EVERY 6 HRS IT JUST DOES'NT WORK THAT WELL AFTER TAKING THEM FOR 2 YRS ## The U17 have been prescribed to me on and off for about a year. I've had a generic Percocet prescription for several years. The U17 seem to have no active ingredient in them. I go through withdrawal-like symptoms (chills, tiredness, nausea, vomiting) for about 3-5 days when this is all that my pharmacy has to give me. The difference between this pill and others is rather scary for patients that have valid reasons for the prescription. A sugar pill may be more effective. The FDA needs to look in to the ...
Hello. I am a NYC resident and I need help finding a Doctor who will prescribe me 30mg Oxy. I am a legitimate patient. I have MRI but no one will help me. I am willing to pay cash per visit and for help finding a doctor. Im in a great deal of pain. ## Hello Paul! How are you? Well, you could be creating a problem for yourself, if your asking doctors to prescribe a specific medication, in a specific dosage. Most will view that as being drug seeking behavior. Do you have other medical records showing that it was prescribed and worked for you in the past? If so, they should really speak for themselves, when you see a new doctor. This is a narcotic analgesic, so it has the potential to be habit forming and may cause side effects, such as nausea, dizziness, drowsiness, dry mouth and constipa...
I've been taking oxycodone 15mg green tabs for chronic pain management. My last prescription I dropped off at Walmart pharmacy. When I picked up my prescription the pills the pharmacist showed me looked very different from the green round pills I'm used too taking. Theses pills, made my Rhodes made me sick immediately. I suffered withdrawal like symptoms (headache, dry mouth, anxiety) and had little or no pain relief for two weeks. I see my doctor again on Friday and I'll not be filling my prescription at Walmart as long as they are carrying Rhodes brand oxycodone. ## Hello, Lyn! How are you? I'm very sorry about the problem you experienced. Due to the problem they caused you, before filling your prescription anywhere, you may want to ask them ahead of time which tablet ...
I see a new doctor and would like to know if anyone knows how many oxycodone they are allowed to give before it's red flagged? ## Well, this is a little late, but thought i'd answer anyway in case anyone else looks it up....and I don't know if it varies by state, but in PA, I saw the 'report' the pharmacist has to submit(i THINK it was only for controlled substances), and it read like a damn government spy report, it was so pathetic... I guess the pharmacist gave it to me by accident. Anyway, one of the check boxes was 'More than 180 units?' So i guess it's 180 pills, then they had to special report it(to whom, i don't know.). I wish i had kept that paper, as I'm sure very few people have ever seen one,but this was over a year ago(from march 2017)...

I am prescribed 5 mug of oxycodone. On the bottle is shows round white 48/10 but the pill inside is round white, bigger and just has the # 223. It doesn't seem to work on my pain is this a different type of Oxy? ## Both should be 5 mg oxycodone. Both generic and both manufacture by a different company. ## @Corinne, I do think it's strange that a pharmacy would give you two different manufacturer's products in the same bottle as another. However, despite being the same medication, they are still composed of different binders and fillers which directly affect bioavailability and overall drug efficacy. So one may still work better or worse just because of "alleged" inactive ingredients, which in my opinion aren't necessarily inactive at all if they affect absorption...

I am a vet injured I have been going to the same pain clinic since 2007 And they lowerd my pain meds so low they dont work anymore Anyone know of a compashinat pain doc nw ga area Dont trust va Need help ## Hello, I'm sorry to hear about your situation. I may not have a doctor I can refer you to, but down below are a couple links that may be of service to you in your search for pain management doctors within your general area. Also, when seeing a new doctor just make sure to transfer or take a copy of all your medical records with you. Then, the best approach in my opinion, is to discuss up front and honestly what has or hasn't worked for you in the past. Let them know about the experience you had with your previous Doctor as well. Most doctors will take it under consideration a...
gxycodone 48/12 picture ## I cannot post a picture due to copyright reasons, however, this tablet should also have a V on it, It should be light blue, round and scored. It contains 30mgs of Oxycodone,a generic for Roxicodone. Common side effects may include: nausea, drowsiness, dry mouth and constipation. You can read more here: ## I came across some dark green "oxycodone hydrochloride" 30 mg ( v 48 12) . Im wondering if anyone else has seen these? They have a taste to them, but it's not the "normal" medicine taste. To me it taste more like a chemical taste. I would love to send a picture, but it doesn't give me the option to.
Is it ok to cut a v 48 11 in half? And also will it be ok to do normal activities after I take a half? ## Anyone??? ## Come on ## Hi kay, Usually if there is a score line (divid) embedded into the tablet, it means the manufacturer purposely made it so patients could easily cut it in half. Since this particular tablet is scored, I would personally feel safe doing so. Regarding your concerns about doing normal activities afterwards, there's really no way to know ahead of time how this medication is going to effect you (since it really can effect each person differently). Taking half seems like a good place to start though, if you want to assess how your body reacts/responds to a smaller dose of it, before committing to the full amount. Some people may feel like their abilities to perf...
Hello, I am a long time user of oxycodone . Have been prescribed pain mess for around 8 years. I am 35 years old and lead a fairly active lifestyle . I've had many surgeries in which I suffer from serious constant pain. I've tried many ways of coping with the pain but the only thing that really works and enables me to function semi normally is oxycodone. Right now I'm using 30mg Oxys. Prescribed 180 a month, but always come up short as I need more than what's prescribed to my high tolerance . I've tried the extended release tablets in 80mg and they do not work at all, and I feel like they are way worse for my body . I've tried dissolving them in water and soda. And they turn to this glob of rubbery stuff and it seems like it would just build up in my body and not...
