Scopinal Is Use For Stomach Pain

if scopinal tablet is taken for ibs pain, can it relax strincher les, to reflux acids in esophagic. i felt sever pain in my barrett esophagic , when i took a scopinal tablet, which induced agian reflx. is it possible so, or just my thinking ?

I am turning 18years old after 3 months ,,and i had a really bad stomach and feeling weak as the first stages of fever ,so i took the Scopinal Antispasmodic tablets at 8pm and as it didnt help much i took another at 3am ,,and i slept at 5am and I woke up by scratch my hands as there were killing me around 7am ,,and now it been a whole day scratching part part ,from hands to my legs ,and i dont no why did i get this ,,so plzz help. i cant sleep if i try i wake up jumping up the bed due to itchiness. ## I think at persent your problem is itching not spasmodic pain .It may develop after treatment as you have been treated by multidrug for fever and spasmodic pain . Whenever you are having pain, you should see a doctor, who can diagnose the problem and advise you on proper treatment. Scopinal contains the active ingredient Scopolamine and while it can help with some stomach and intestinal issues, it isn't appropriate for everything. Can my son get scopinal when he has g6pd deficiency? He's in pain and we want to give him medication. ## According to precautions in the drug monograph, "Scopinal is not recommended for use if you have the following medical conditions: myasthenia gravis, certain eye problems (e.g., glaucoma), prostate problems (e.g., BPH with urinary obstruction), certain heart problems (e.g., angina, tachycardia), certain stomach/G.I. problems (e.g., megacolon, stenotic lesions)." I do not see anything noted above pertaining to G6pd deficiency and from what I've investigated, potential symptoms of G6pd deficiency include: fever, dark urine, abdominal and back pain, fatigue, and pale skin.
