I to just got the oval shaped green football shaped Xanax and I immediately felt something wasn't right. It seems to me that I still felt a lot of anxiety after taking one and that's highly unusual. I've been taking benzos for 20 years and always can take one and my anxiety goes away within 15 minutes or less. They also hasn't ever made me sleepy however these green with s 903 seems to just make me sleepy. Just seems like a totally different medication than the Xanax I've always taken. Unexplained bruised skin since the green football shaped ## That is a very rare side effect and you might want to bring this up with your MD ## @Jocelyn, I think Eddy could be right about this being rare, as I'm not seeing 'bruises' specifically listed on general drug monographs. Information I'm finding on pubmedhealth shows that "blistering, crusting, irritation, itching, peeling, or reddening of the skin" is related to an allergic reaction. However, in this case it sounds like something else altogether. A couple of the other symptoms I noticed on their side effect list are "hives or welts" and "yellow skin". However, post # 1 is correct about the possibility of either dosage varying by plus or minus 20%. From what I understand, that's the amount of wiggle room generic meds are allowed to have.
