I went to a pill mill in Alabama and I say this because they never examined me, he wrote out 30 Roxi and Oxycontin 40 for breakthru pain. Now the pain clinic I go to as my back has worsened since yrs ago, wont even give perc 10. and its only 60 the whole month, what? I am in alot of pain, this guy did trigger injections but says he doesnt want me hooked on strong meds at my age, Im 38! Based on my research I don't see Roxicodone having any relation to this pill whatsoever. However to answer your question, they DO NOT contain Naloxone (the only active ingredient in these is Oxycodone). I think you must've mistaken these for Suboxone? Thanks for your info ## Roxicodone contains the active ingredient Oxycodone, it is a very strong narcotic pain reliever. It will be hard to find a doctor anywhere that just gives them out, because they are very strictly regulated, due to the dangers of diversion and abuse. I have CHRONIC back pain(was hit be a truck 8 yrs ago. Are their any of old OC's being distributed, that's long acting OC's. I was taking 80 mg of OC for 8 years they were great. Three months ago was put on the OD's 80mg they sucked. Now I tried 2 x 60 mg of long acting morphine, they gives me a drugged out feeling, can't stand them either.
