Round Yellow Pill P73

Thick round, light yellow pill. Only marks are: P73 ## From what I've sen from other replies about this same pill is that this is a low dose (81 mg) aspirin. ## Small white pill with P73 printed on one side. ## I have read that this is a low dose asprin but there is an odor to the bottle I found and it has no label on it. it smells like vinegar. ## CVS Pharmacy does list this tablet as containing 81mgs of Aspirin, which is the dosage many people use for heart health, and blood thinning. NDC code: 50428-2302 The FDA lists its typical side effects as possibly including nausea, dizziness, headache, increased risk of bleeding, and stomach irritation. Curious, many medications can have an odd odor, that is not unusual. Was the bottle marked as containing Aspirin, or something else?

yellow round tablet with p73 on it ## you have Aspirin - 81 mg ## Is there an 81mg aspirin with an L on one side only? I have a jar of aspirin with L535 on it and in the same jar aspirin with an L. Are they both 81mg aspirin?
