round yellow pill, one side says m/f1,i have another pill that is oval it has a star on one side and says 20 on the other. thank you. ## I need help identifying a pill. It is very light yellow and round, with no scoring. The only identifier is (I think) A I, on the same side. It is clearly a capital A. Next to the A is either I, or 1. It looks like a capital I, just a straight line. I really need your help finding out what is this pill used for? Please post back with any information. ## A round, yellow tablet with an M over F1 is manufactured by Mylan Pharmaceuticals and they list it as containing 20mgs of Famotidine, which is a generic for Pepcid, this is an antacid. The FDA lists its typical side effects as possibly including nausea, dizziness, stomach pain, and flatulence.
