which pill is faster release the one with 512 on it or the one with watson 749 on it ## I have a light green pill with 242 on it it is quick release oxy supposed to be 15 but I think 10, it is not working like 15 ## 512 has 325 mg of Acetaminophen and 5 mg of Oxycodone. Watson 749 is the exact same dosage as the 512 pill. They should both be the same effect, because they both contain the exact amount of each active ingredient. What is this? ## well if they are the same pills my brother takes that has the same marks then the pill is a morphine sulfate 30g. ## Dustin is correct, but the marking is meant to be 54 over 262 and it is manufactured by Roxane Laboratories. The FDA warns that it carries the risk of being habit forming, and may cause side effects, such as nausea, dizziness, headache, constipation, and dry mouth. Can you please double check the imprint and post back?
