Round White Pill 119

The pill is round and white. it has 119 on it w an upside down V or triangle that has a P in the middle of the triangle. Someone told me it was methadone. but I've never seen a done look like that. ## Hi mimi, The upside down V with a P in the middle, sounds like it may be a logo from Advanced Pharma.
