The faces are rounded not flat. Im not sure what this is. Could be multiple things. Hoping its a basic over the counter pain reliever but it could also be an antibiotic or something else i shouldnt take. Before i take a couple i want to make sure. If that's what these are, then each tablet contains 290mgs of Magnesium Salicylate, 250mgs of Acetaminophen and 50mgs of Caffeine. I have these two oblong pills PLIVA 333. I have found several white, thicker pills with the markings of L430 could be an OTC drug or generic.
