Found this cleaning my house I just rented and don't know what this is it is small white pill split down the middle on one side and the other side says 10 ## So far, I've found two different possibilities in the NIH database. If the numbers are more square, it could be a medication manufactured by Virtus Pharmaceuticals, which they list as containing 0.125mgs of Hyoscyamine, which is used to treat conditions such as IBS, Chron's disease, and other gastro-intestinal issues. If they are rounder, then it could be a tablet that is manufactured by Accord Healthcare, which they list as containing 10mgs of Glipizide, which is most commonly used to treat diabetes. I have discovered this round pill (about a 1/4 inch thick, white in color) that I would like to identify. On one side, it is blank, and the other side has MB at the top, then a line below that, and below the line is 125. Does anyone have any information about this? If so, your comments are welcome. Almost as small as a bb or pellet. A "z" or possibly a "n". Nothing on adjacent side. Found in a small vial brown glass white lid with quite a few in it. ## I can't be certain, but I have a suspicion that these may be 3.125mg Carvedilol tablets, they meet this description and have a Z on one side and though there is supposed to be a 1 on the other, it really doesn't show well on most of the tablets I have in my bottle. As I said, I can't be certain, but this is a possibility. Carvedilol is most commonly used to treat high blood pressure and certain cardiac conditions. Does anyone else know of any pills that meet this description?

this pill is quite small and has beveled edges. It has 644 on one side and is blank on the other side ## From what I can find, this is listed as containing 0.125mgs of Hyoscyamine, it's a sublingual tablet.
