The one with the NP 12 marking is made by Zydus Pharmaceuticals and the other is made by KVK Tech. The FDA classifies this medication as a narcotic analgesic, so it has the potential to be habit forming and may cause side effects, such as nausea, dizziness, drowsiness, dry mouth and constipation. this is a little light blue round pill with a m printed on it and underlined ## I can't possibly list them all, there are far too many on the market. It is the imprint that identifies them. Can you post back with the markings on the tablet in question? There is one that has an M in a box on one side and a 30 on the opposite side of the pill, it is light blue. There is another in a darker blue, with the M in a square and the numbers 596 on the opposite side.
