It's difficult to positively identify a tablet, without being certain of the full imprint. Could you please see if you can make out what the rest of the markings are? If you can't, perhaps you could get someone else to look at it for you! ## What is 506 round small? ## Are there any other letters or numbers inscribed on the pill? Or better yet, do you have an NDC code on the packaging? If it's just "506" it could be an over the counter or foreign medication, as nothing comes up for known prescription drugs.

Found these in my car...white dime size pill/tablet with a risen rim around the outer edge and a capital L in the center, nothing on the other side? ## This was a difficult pill to identify! I found a white round pill that says "Citra" on one side and "50" on the other. I’m thinking it’s Tramadol, but can’t find any images on the web. Is there a metoprol 50mg with the number 631? ## Hi ambi, Based on my research, I don't believe there is a Metoprolol with that exact marking. Perhaps it could be a number within another set of numbers or imprint, but I'm not finding anything that matches 631 in and of itself. The closest Metoprolol I located is a white round pill with a triangle logo sitting above the numbers "831". This happens to be a 50mg Metoprolol succinate extended release tablet.
