Round Pill Sj White

I I have always used the white oblong 10 perc and now I'm taking the 10 but it's a round pill and it is not as strong, I feel as if I'm taking tylenol3. I have tried the 10 and 7.5 and for 3 months I have kept a headache, nausea, and itching. on both strengths. with all these rules I am stuck with 90 and because of the headaches I'm using more. due to no change in pain I use it because I have sjorgens and sle lupus and a migraine on top of that I do not need. I'm scared to try another pharmacy, don't wanna look like a drug seeker , I'm just looking for pain relief, compared to the brand I was on, it was the company that bought watson. what do I do ? am I having side effects do to the new generic ?
