This pill is Carvedilol (12.5 mg); which is indicated for the treatment of mild to moderate congestive heart failure, high blood pressure, angina, atrial fibrillation, and left ventricular dysfunction. If so, it is manufactured by Sandoz Pharmaceuticals and they list it as containing 10mgs of Loratadine, which is an antihistamine that's used to treat allergies. It is available over the counter. The FDA lists its typical side effects as possibly including nausea, dizziness, headache and dry mouth. Is there anything else I can help with? ## Scratch that, my apologies, I just double checked and that one is listed as being a round tablet, not oval. There is a pink tablet with K and 56 on it, separated by a score line and it contains 10mgs of Oxycodone, a generic for Roxicodone, but it lacks the Acetaminophen that is in Percocet. What is a K 526(blank on back) tiny pink round pill ? ## No, I can't find a listing for any pill, including Percocet or Oxycodone with a K 256 on it. However, there is a 10mg Oxycodone tablet, generic for Roxicodone that is small, round, pink and just has a K 56 on it, separated by a score line. Learn more Oxycodone details here.
