If it's printed in black on a coated tablet, then I have a suspicion that this is an over the counter, low-dose Aspirin tablet. I need help identifing a pill. It is diamond shaped - with rounded edges (not sharp, blunt corners) On one side the number 100 is printed on it and the other side is a fancy looking letter "Z". The best way to describe it is like the letter Z in "Zorro". This may not be a pill you get from a pharmacy. For some reason Im thinking it may have something to do with steroids/testosterone. But I could be way off. ANY HELP would be greatly appreciative!!! ## I have a pill that matches this description but it has a 50 instead of 100. ## I believe that it's generic Viagra from over seas (Sildenafil) used to treat male ED.
