Are round blue pills AIG 265 instant release? ## Hi Karen - Are you are referring to round blue pills with the imprint ALG 265 on one side and a score line on the other (L instead of I)? If so, those are labeled as Oxycodone 30 mg manufactured by Alvogen (NDC 47781-265). According to the product label at DailyMed they are immediate release tablets. This is generic Fioricet (Butalbital 325mg / Acetaminophen 50mg / Caffeine 40mg) pain medication prescribed for severe migraine and sinus headaches. It has been around for decades. It is not an opiate and this is not considered a "scheduled medication", (yet, the brand name of this medication "Fiorinal" IS labeled a schedule III controlled drug). It is a pill on clinical trial. I have a friend who takes these pills.It's a diet pill and so far she isn't haven't any side effects.
