Rite Aid Norco
2 Topics FoundI have sciatic pain and a torn disc it is painful. I'm having a nerve test done next. I am seeing an ortho. They perscribed norco and I had to go to 6 differrent pharmacies in long beach! My usual is cvs however they have been claiming they don't have it and as the others rite aid ,Walmart, a private pharmacy and others have said : we have no idea when they will have it. Ok I don't believe it. It seems it is an individualized situation wether it is available or not. So if your on the " bad patient" list or a risk in their eyes they all of a sudden don't have it! This is very counterproductive especially if I was an older patient or had no car. They will not disclose any info on phone either. Somehow this has to stop its getting insane! i have a prescription from my pain management doctor for norco 10-325 but it has been on back order each time ive tried to have it filled at not only my pharmacy Rite Aide but other major pharmacy's have also been unable to fill my prescription is their any reason for this or is there any suggestion's ## Two things are possible. One, when it was reclassified as a Schedule II the bottles the pharmacy's had were sent back to the manufacturer. It is possible they are running short or don't have any. Second, this time of year it is not unusual for Schedule II meds to become very hard to find or not be able to find them at all. The reason is because the manufacturers are only given a certain amount of active ingredients for 1 year. When that runs out, they have to wait until ...
