White pill with MP 20 on one side and 123 on the other side? what is it? ## I can't find this specific marking listed in our U.S. prescription drug resources. It could be something available over the counter or a foreign medication. Was it found in the U.S. or elsewhere? ## recently purchased and exact pill from a friend and have trouble finding it on the web. Was told it was Ritalin. Needed for studying and such. ## My brother takes them persrcibed by the doctor they are infact Rilalin 20s. In Canada. ## Seconding this; they are a Canadian generic 20mg methylphenidate instant release, a.k.a. Ritalin. ## It's methylphenidate (generic pharmascience brand, ritalin) 20mg. I know this as i'm prescribed this for years and years.
