My mom were planning to buy a Resveratrol Supp. particularly a MX Resveratrol Complex. How true it's a great way to get an optimal amounts of resveratrol everyday without drinking 13 glasses of red wine or eating too much dark chocolates? I've found out .. aside of improving heart health and lowering glucose and cholesterol. It also offers a fantastic alternative for maintaining youth and vitality. How true?? Hmm.. is this capsule reduce cholesterol ( TGL)? ## Resvita caps contain the following ingredients: resveratrol 5 mg, proanthocyanidins 50 mg, omega-3 fatty acids , selenium 200 mcg, chromium 200 mcg, zinc 20 mg. While this supplement has not been evaluated by the FDA, I am very aware that fish oil (particularly omega-3 fatty acid) is quite beneficial for lowering high cholesterol. Although changes in dietary habits will ultimately have the most significant impact on your cholesterol levels in my opinion, I do think that supplementing Resvita over a period of time should also prove to be helpful in that regard. Resvita capsules contain: resveratrol 5 mg, proanthocyanidins 50 mg, omega-3 fatty acids , selenium 200 mcg, chromium 200 mcg, and zinc 20 mg. This is simply a multivitamin/dietary supplement -possibly for anti-aging based on the ingredients. However it is probably a scam because there is not enough of each ingredient to do much of anything as far as that goes. You'd literally have to take every pill in the bottle to reap some sort of benefits from the resveratrol and omega 3 fatty acids. I haven't used it, but i did find a list of the ingredients, which are stated to be: green tea, guarana, damiana, yerba mate, acai, resveratrol, siberian ginseng and pomegranate extract. Hello, I've just bought the UK Version of 'Sominex', a night-time sleep aid - the active ingredient is the antihistamine Promethazine Hydrochloride. It says not to use it if you've recently used MAO inhibitors - I'm not on any prescribed MAO inhibitors, but I have recently used herbal remedies like Ashwagandha, Siberian Ginseng (Eleuthero), and also Resveratrol and Quercetin, all of which apparently are mild(?)
