I've had my jadelle for 4 years approximately. I've never had any problems with it, in fact unlike many I know I love it. I know I need to get it removed soon to preserve its efficiency but I don't want to try another long term contraceptive. Assuming recommended dosage of Sandoz chlolestyramine powder is once a day, when is the best time to take it ? At bedtime ? An hour after breakfast ? An hour after evening dinner meal ?
