I have a red pill like a football, one side says KALI and the other 083. What is it? ## what is kali 083 ## Wow…what horrible coloring! That's just my opinion looking at the images, but I consider them quite awful…and for anyone else looking, there are actually 3 different shades of this same tablet and the manufacturer calls all of them orange… However, one is bright red, one is more of the brownish color similar to the original Advil tablets and the other is much closer to orange. As to what it contains, this is a generic for Ultracet, 325mgs of Acetaminophen and 37.5mgs of Tramadol, it is a centrally acting analgesic. APAP stands for Acetaminophen which does not work the same way as Aspirin or Ibuprofen, and it does not cause blood thinning. red kali 083 ## WHAT IS IT USED FOR? ## This is a nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory, it contains both Acetaminophen and Tramadol so it is a little stronger than just Acetaminophen or Ibuprofen alone. It is non-narcotic, so it is really mild and only helps with minor aches and pain.
