I found this pill in my sons room and I am conserned about what it is. Could you please help me? This pill is oblonged shaped and is redish (bright) and the letters ETH imprinted on it. ## This contains Acetaminophen 500mgs and Caffeine 65mgs, this is Excedrin Tension Headache, that's what the ETH on the tablet stand for, so nothing to worry about, a regular over the counter item.

All the pictures that I have seen of excedrin tension headache have been an oblong pill with ETH stamped on one side. The one that I have is round with ETH on one side and nothing on the other side. It is also a little fatter than a normal size round pill.

I have a small round white pill with a red 301 on one side and Ethex in red on other side. The pill is maybe 1/2 in length. It looks like an Excedrin Tension Headache pill but instead of ETH on it, it has L454. ## L454 A red oval shaped pill about 3/4 inch long is a generic version of Excederin Tension Headache. It contains 500 mg of Acetaminphen and 65 mg of Caffeine .. It is distrubuted by Target Co ## Target is not the only distributor, this company makes these tablets for many different stores that sell them as the generic versions of popular over the counter medications.
