The actual manufacturer of this tablet is Major Pharmaceuticals Inc. and it is no longer limited to just Costco, it is sold throughout the U.S. as the generic in many different stores now. I have found them available as the generic at Kroger, QFC, Fred Meyer, Walgreens and Bartell's. Are there any questions I can help with? I have a small, round pill that is either a peach/pink/orangish color with a hexagon and z+ or n+ on the inside. Does anyone know what this is? ## Hi Kate, The imprint is actually Z+, which is identified as Beyaz. This pill contains Drospirenone (3 mg) + Ethinyl Estradiol (0.02 mg) + Levomefolate Calcium (0.451 mg). Beyaz is used specifically as birth control treatment.
