Yes of course you can take it even after you have taken it before, and it's best recommended if you take it before meals. But nevertheless, it is also OK to take it after meals. There is no restriction on Mucosta. The recommended dosage is three times a day, which is morning, noon and night before your sleep. I hope this could answer your question.
