its a tan tablet with the word PRASCO 534 on the tablet ## Found an exact match it's light green, oblong, and has PRASCO 534 ON IT, it is R-Tannate. R-Tannate is used to treat runny or stuffy nose, watery eyes, and other symptoms caused by allergies or the common cold. Do you have any more questions or information to add? Let me know... ## Actually, there was a medication called Tannate 12 S, which was a suspension used to treat coughing and allergies, it contains Carbetapentane and Chlorpheniramine. Give 1 Teaspoonful by Mouth every 12 hours
