Can i use quadriderm for my hypertrophic scar on my knee and wrist and black spots on my leg? ## Hi sandy, Quadriderm cream contains the following active ingredients per gram of ointment: Betamethasone valerate 610 mcg (equiv to betamethasone 500 mcg) + gentamicin sulfate (equiv to gentamicin 1 mg) + tolnaftate 10 mg + clioquinol 10 mg From what I could gather, it is a topical Anti-Infective/Anti-bacterial with Corticosteroids, used to treat a wide variety of skin disorders, including; eczemas & other allergic & inflammatory dermatoses where there is secondary bacterial &/or fungal infections. Hypertrophic scarring is considered to be heavy scarring that can appear around a piercing or other wound. It doesn't sound like something Quadriderm cream would necessarily treat,...

Other substitute for quadriderm ointment? ....i don't want sterioidal medicines ## I enough use quaderiderm rf problem not completed.l heavely problems in private part.ex-rash fungal infection.
