It is also used frequently in acute alcohol withdrawal. Oxazepam has a relatively short half life and is normally taken on a qds (four times daily) basis. It is less as dating than diazepam, which is comparatively stronger (30mg oxazepam is roughly equivalent to 10-12mg diazepam). I am on Venlor XR 150mg together with Purata 30 mg. I still feel off. Is there a problem taking these drugs together and what are the side effects? ## What symptoms are you experiencing? What do you mean by saying you feel off? Taking them together can increase the severity of the side effects, such as nausea, dizziness, drowsiness, and difficulty concentrating, according to the U.S. FDA. Are you on any other medications?

I was diagnosed with BP2 and on Lithium, antidepressants etc and prescribed Purata for about a year to sleep at night (my brain just won't ever switch off) the Purata 30mg worked excellent but then I had colon problems and the spes said it could have been caused by all the meds I'm on, so I was weaned off everything. Then they discovered my colon was more than twice the normal lenght and it was shortened. I'm doing quite fine off all the meds except that I could not sleep. So last week doc prescribed 30mg Purata again, but now its not working at all! Is it because its the second time around? Should I take it just before going to bed or how long before it kicks in? I really suffer to fall asleep, but once I'm sleeping I have no trouble to stay asleep. P.s. I go to gov cli...
