Does anyone know about its availability over the counter? ## From what I can gather, this medication is not available in the U.S. Propinox + Lysine Clonixinate are however reported to be the active ingredients in this medication. I would consider searching for these ingredients or asking your local pharmacy about their availability. Serial compuesto is an antispasmodic, analgesic drug, so finding similar properties among other drugs is also an option.
