While this supplement has not been evaluated by the FDA, I am very aware that fish oil (particularly omega-3 fatty acid) is quite beneficial for lowering high cholesterol. Although changes in dietary habits will ultimately have the most significant impact on your cholesterol levels in my opinion, I do think that supplementing Resvita over a period of time should also prove to be helpful in that regard. Resvita capsules contain: resveratrol 5 mg, proanthocyanidins 50 mg, omega-3 fatty acids , selenium 200 mcg, chromium 200 mcg, and zinc 20 mg. This is simply a multivitamin/dietary supplement -possibly for anti-aging based on the ingredients. However it is probably a scam because there is not enough of each ingredient to do much of anything as far as that goes. You'd literally have to take every pill in the bottle to reap some sort of benefits from the resveratrol and omega 3 fatty acids.
