It is listed as containing: alpha lipoic acid 100 mg, benfotiamine 50 mg, chromium polynicotinate 200 mcg, folic acid 5 mg, mecobalamin 500 mcg, niacinamide 50 mg, selenium As seleno methionine 50 mcg and zinc monomethionine 25 mg. As a supplement, rather than an actual medication, the side effect profiles for it are not studied, but some people do report some nausea, after taking it. I am currently taking Polynerv 500 green tablet as per my doctor's orders. I'm experiencing pains now on my shoulder, and I'm a little bit dizzy. I didn't try to check my blood pressure. Is it probably because of Polynerv? Please help. Thanks! ## Polynerv is actually a B complex vitamin, so while it sometimes causes some nausea to those taking it, it does not usually cause the other symptoms. It is a medication from India, recommended for painful neurological problems. Actaminophen/Paracetamol is a Nonsteroidal Anti-Inflammatory, and can include nausea and drowsiness as some of its side effects, so it may be what is causing your problem.
