Pink Round Pill H P 47

I have found a small round pink pill with M475 on one side and nothing on the back. ## This could be nifedipine, a medication taken for high blood pressure. It's what mine looks like. ## That is correct, this tablet contains 30mgs of Nifedipine, a generic for Procardia XL. This medication is used to help lower blood pressure. Thanks for posting Maegen! ## i have been taking nifediipine er 30mg by mylan with M475 on one side. i have been trying t get this refilled and all that is available is a white pill with M030 on one side - are these two the same? is the M030 a new imprint for the M475?

There are a number of round pink pills with T on them, but they also contain additional letters or numbers. Are there any other details which you can provide? Letters, numbers, score mark, other markings? Also, can you post where you obtained it from? Those would be helpful clues... Found a blister pack of 2 small round pink or peach pills/ Watson on one side and 245 on the other. Any clues ## Hi Jack, Watson 245 is identified as Necon 1/50; which contains Mestranol (0.05 mg) + Norethindrone (1 mg). Necon 1/50 is primarily used in the treatment of birth control. Watson 475 is identified as Next choice; which contains Levonorgestrel (0.75 mg). Next Choice is used in the treatment of emergency contraception. It is small,round and white. ## Based on the descriptions provided, the most feasible match is a white round scored pill with the imprint West-Ward 475 on it. It can be addictive and side effects included marked drowsiness, dizziness, headache, euphoria. ## Is one strength of Valium a pinkish color?? ## To the original poster, was the marking possibly Mylan 477? If so, Mylan Pharmaceuticals lists the tablet as containing 10mgs of Diazepam, which is a generic for Valium. The FDA warns that this medication carries the risk of being habit forming and may cause side effects, such as nausea, dizziness, headache, and irritability. Marian, the color can vary from one manufacturer to another. Can you please post back with the markings on the tablet in question? If so, I will be happy to research it for you.

I've been taking METOPROLOL TARTRATE 50MG tablets, white, round, with # 477 from Walgreens. Recently switched to Walmart and transferred prescription. The Walmart pill is pink, round with # C74. My health care provided changed drug companies. Are these two meds the same? ## Based on those 2 descriptions, they should be the same.
