Pink Oxycodone 20mg

I have a pink small pill that says k 57. It looks like the grey k 57 oxycodone. Is it the same drug? I was told it is a 20 mg oxycodone. ## That is a 10 mg Roxy. They are pink. The 20 mg ones are gray. The 15 mg ones are green... Usually a light green. The 30 mg ones are blue. Depending on the maker of each of these they can be different shades of pink, green and blue. What markings are on the roxy 20mg pill? Also, what color are they? ## Well, first I'd like to explain that Roxicodone is not an immediate release formulation of Oxycodone, it is the regular release formulation. The only dosage available in the OxyIR is a 5mg capsule. Anything over 5mgs and in tablet form is either the regular release (Roxicodone), or the time released formulation, which is known as Oxycontin. That said, there is no 20mg Roxicodone tablet, the only 20mg available is a time released Oxycontin, which has the OP on one side, the number 20 on the other and is pink. Is 20 mg oxycodone time release or not and how can I tell ## If you're prescribed it, there will be an ER on the bottle, what color is the pill and are there any #'s on it? ## The only time released Oxycodone available in the U.S. is the brand name Oxycontin, which has either an OC or an OP on the tablet and would have a 20 on the other and is pink. I was taking 2 white 5mg oxycodone IR tabs 2x/day but they were only partially useful in reducing my pain. My doctor reluctantly prescribed 2 pink 10 mg oxycodone IR (= 20mg) tabs every 12 hours. The number 048 is on these tabs. I have had them for three days now and I am taking them as prescribed, but they do not seem to work nearly as well as the former 5mg white tabs. Is this an issue that is simply in my head or is there a reason why taking 2 of the pink 10 mg tabs twice a day aren't working like I thought they would? The only legal time released formulation of Oxycodone on the current U.S. market is Oxycontin and the 20mg tablet of the new formulation has the marking OP 20 and the original had the marking OC 20, they should be round and light pink in color. The pill is hot pink and it's the size of a mini m&m. It has the letters DW on one side and it's blank on the other. It is round. I do believe it's an over-the-counter drug. ## Hi Violet, I haven't found an exact match to your pill, but from what others have mentioned, I think it may be "Dulcolax for Women" (an over-the-counter laxative containing Bisacodyl). Found little pink pill round np on one side 12 on the other ## What I think is that this is an over the counter product manufactured by Naturpharm, they make a variety of nutritional supplements that are sold both online, as well as in many stores. That said, I don't know which specific one this is, because they aren't required to log the imprints of over the counter products with the FDA. However, I have seen several of their products and I know they use the NP logo.
