However the size of the "5" is also reported to be very small on these particular tablets. Is this the case with your pill as well? At any rate, depending on where or who you got your pill from, my suggestion would be to bring it to your local pharmacy or doctor for a second/third opinion. Small round yellow pill marked ep 131 ## Based on the description provided I located this pill to be Hydrochlorothiazide (25 mg). On a number of searches I did, people have stated that the pill is peach colored or orange colored, but I'm sure the color tone may vary slightly, as this is the only pill marked EP 131 that is round and similar in color. Phenylephrine is a decongestant that shrinks... no reason to be alarmed! ## I actually tried to look this particular pill up online, but couldn't find anything posted about it anywhere. So thanks for taking a moment to share your finding on that. It's definitely a big help when there's no other way to identify something like that. sl on one side, 391 on other. yellow and oval ## This is actually a fairly old pill, this company has been purchased by Pliva and all of them have kept the same numbers but now say Pliva in place of the SL marking. It is, however, Salsalate 750mgs, a generic for Amigesic and many others. It is a mild pain reliever that can also reduce fever and inflammtion, but it is non-narcotic.

The pills are kinda faded like they got wet or rubbed up against something but I'm trying to figure out what it is bc someone took it by mistake bc it looks a lot alike their other medication. The pill is round and yellow. One one side of the pill I can't tell if it has any marking but it doesn't look like it and on the other side there's a score down the middle and center so it creates a cross with four pizza type shapes with the numbers (if they're the right ones bc he pills r worn) 0 in the first top left spot (or o), 2 in the top right space, another 2 in the bottom left space under the 0 and a 1 (or possibly 7) in the bottom righ spot u see the 2?????
