I am not sure what these pills are I found them in the cabinet.The pil has on one side su pe and the other side has wl 89.Could you please let me know what these are? ## it's similar to Sudafed. It's a cold remedy. ## This contains Acetaminophen 325mgs, Dextromethorphan 10mgs, Guaifenesin 100mgs and Phenylephrine 5mgs, a generic for Sudafed PE.
